A Bite of South Indian Nostalgia

There’s something magical about biting into a hot, crispy bajji or a perfectly fried bonda. It’s the contrast — the crunch on the outside, the soft warmth inside, and the way it pairs perfectly with a strong filter coffee or masala chai.

At Madras Coffee House, we make our bajjis and bondas fresh throughout the day, using age-old recipes and homemade-style batter. No frozen shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest, flavorful South Indian snacks made right here in Injambakkam.
